Firstly, call us to discuss your initial ideas, if you don’t know where to start, don't worry, we have years of experience of being able to perceive visions.

Secondly we can arrange a time for you to come and visit the workshop / studio, sit down with a tea / coffee and put our heads together and discuss in more detail ideas, designs, sketches, etc for creating your piece.

We will discuss your budget and timescale. (You needn’t be Royalty or rich to see your vision become reality, while working within your budget).

I will invite you to view your commission midway through the project so that any editing or adjustments can be made.

Finally we will send you a quote for your piece which will be completely free and non binding. If you accept the quote we will ask you to send us a 35% deposit for silver ware and a 50% deposit for gold ware and/or precious stones, these deposits are non-refundable once the materials have been ordered.
